Hey everyone! Welcome back and I hope you brought your appetite. My friend Candace and I decided to have a girls brunch recently and we wanted to go somewhere different. We decided to visit Yellowbelly and let me just say; we definitely made the right decision coming here. 

Let’s start off with some drinks shall we?

I ordered the Hurricane and Candace ordered the Tropical Itch.

The Hurricane is made up with Aged Rum, Curacao, Grenadine, Passion Fruit and Lemon.

The Tropical Itch is made with Bourbon, Aged Rum, Curacao, Passion Fruit, Lemon, and Pineapple.

These drinks were SO good and I highly recommend them. For brunch, I ordered the breakfast sandwich with a side of potatoes. This sandwich might look small but trust me, it is a decent size on top of it being very filling and delicious.

The Breakfast Sandwich is made with Andouille sausage (or you can choose Pork Belly), Over Hard Egg , American Cheese, Pineapple Jam and is served on a House Roll.

Candace ordered the fish sandwich with a side of fries and she only could eat half of it while we were there lol. She said that her food was super tasty and please believe, that the remainder of her meal was finished later on. The seasoning that Yellowbelly puts on their potatoes and fries really adds a nice little kick to those dishes as well.

The Fish Sandwich is made with Avocado Tartar Sauce, Slaw, and Pickled Daikon.

If you’re looking for a great new place to try for brunch, look no further than Yellowbelly. They have amazing food, great drinks, awesome hospitality, and all while being in a prime location as well. Yellowbelly does not disappoint and I can’t wait to come back to try their dinner menu!
