The Food Is All Good In RamenHood

When the weather is really cold outside, all I want to do is snuggle up under my favorite blanket and put something warm and delicious in my belly. The family and I traveled to Phoenix this past Thanksgiving and not only was the weather warm for like 45 minutes but I also was not in the mood for anymore Thanksgiving leftovers. I met up with my friend Farrah and she introduced me to this restaurant called RamenHood.

RamenHood serves authentic Japanese ramen dishes and the best part is that you get to customize your meal to exactly how you want it! They have a Build Your Own Bowl option that allows you to pick what kind of broth and noodles you want to use, your choice(s) of protein and up to 18 different options for toppings.  You don’t want to Build Your Own Bowl? No worries! There are also some chef-recommended combinations that you are sure to enjoy as well.

So I started off with the Goyza’s. Which are pan fried pork dumplings served with RamenHood’s hand made dipping sauce. Yall…these were SO good!

For my entrée, I chose The Angry Chicken. It’s made up of a spicy miso broth, Teriyaki chicken, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, corn, and green onion. The ramen noodles are underneath and this bowl was HUGE! No lie, this was some of the best ramen that I have ever had and it was also so much food that I had to take the rest home.
