The Food At Carnivore Will Leave You Wanting More

Hey everyone and welcome back! I have another restaurant that I want to tell you about and it’s called Carnivore. This flame-grilled steakhouse located on the Hill was ranked best new restaurant to try in 2018 via Feast Magazine and they also uses locally soucred ingredients. My friend Sharee and I really enjoyed our time here and the atmosphere along with the hospitality was really great. Now let’s get into the good stuff shall we? Here is everything that we ate and drank!

First up is the drinks. 🍸I had the Strawberry and Limoncello Martini ($9) and it’s made with Caprinatura Limoncello, Strawberry Vodka, Lemonade & a splash of Sprite.

For Sharee’s drink, she got the Dark Berry Martini ($9) and it’s made with Berry Vodka, Triple Sec, and Raspberry Puree.

For an appetizer, I chose the Carnivore Shrimp ($12) which is jumbo shrimp with a spicy garlic seasoning, tossed in a white butter sauce and topped with chives and bacon. This dish was so bomb and full of flavor! I’m getting hungry again just thinking about it. lol

Sharee’s appetizer was the Bruschetta. It’s made with tomatoes, garlic, basil, all tossed in olive oil and white wine with a hint of Balsamic vinegar. ($8)

For our entrée’s, I had the steak sandwich ($15) which is a 16oz sirloin topped with their house-made garlic parmesan butter and provel cheese. It also came with a side and I chose the Carnivore potatoes which are also tossed in a oil-garlic-butter sauce and topped with parmesan cheese.

For Sharee’s entrée, she ordered the Chicken Parmesan ($15) which is pan-seared and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs and it’s topped with marinara and provel cheese. For her side, she chose some fresh cooked spinach topped with parmesan cheese.

If you are in the area, I highly suggest you checking out Carnivore. Sharee and I were just talking about how we need to come back here to try out some more of their food especially on their brunch menu 👀.

Thanks for tuning in and happy eating!

Until next time loves…XO
