Hey everyone and welcome back! If you’re a lover of BBQ like myself then today’s post is just for you. I’m very particular with my BBQ and Salt + Smoke is definitely one of my favorite places to go whenever I’m craving some. I’ve been to multiple Salt + Smoke locations here in STL and no matter which one I go to, the food is always bomb. For this solo food adventure, I went to the St. Charles, MO location and here is everything that I ordered.
Up first, I ordered the Eldest Uncle for a drink and the hushpuppies with maple butter for an appetizer. The Eldest Uncle is made with Strawberry Infused Uncle Val’s Gin, St. Germain, Lemon and the hushpuppies were fried to perfection and the maple butter that goes with it was so tasty! I literally get these hushpuppies and the same drink every time I come to Salt+Smoke.
For my entrée, I ordered the Smoked Wings plate with their Cracker Mac and the Pit Beans with Smoked Bacon as my sides. Let me tell you something… I tore this food UP ok? lol Omg ya’ll it was so good! Salt + Smoke also has multiple sauces you can choose from but the sweet BBQ sauce is definitely my favorite.
If you haven’t been to Salt + Smoke yet but have always wanted to, then take this as your sign to go. I promise that you won’t regret it and that your stomach will thank you for it. Not only are the food and drinks at Salt + Smoke really good but so is the hospitality. If you do try out Salt + Smoke, I’d love to hear your feedback and thanks again for tuning in!
