Brunch At Prasino Is Always The Way To Go πŸ₯ž

After a long week, there is nothing better than meeting up with your girls and having brunch and one of our favorite brunch spots is Prasino in St. Charles, MO. Prasino (pronounced Pras-in-oh) means “green” in Greek and their menu is focused on local, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients wherever possible. I love that they partner with local farmers because they are a huge part of providing Prasino with the freshest ingredients possible. Here is everything that I ordered and up first is drinks.

To start I had their strawberry mimosa and the Short-Rib Skillet. The mimosa was really good and omg-the short rib skillet was everything!! The short rib is so tender and juicy and when you combine that with the eggs, potatoes, cheese, peppers, and onions…it really makes for the ultimate flavor combination.

We ordered more drinks so of course we ordered more food. lol I also tried their steak & eggs platter that came with a side of breakfast potatoes and I added some pancakes on the side as well. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly and dipping it in the Chimichurri sauce really took the flavor up a notch. The eggs and the breakfast potatoes were really good too and the pancakes were cooked just the way that I like them. They were super fluffy but the edges were crispy.

Prasino not only has great food and drinks but the vibe is everything too. I love the decor on the inside and the hospitality at Prasino is also always great. If you can’t make it for brunch/lunch, no worries because Prasino’s dinner menu has plenty of delicious options for you to choose from.

Thanks for tuning & happy eating!

Until next time loves… XO
